The current process of accessing students' hard copy records by way of manual distribution was slow and inefficient. The process included faculty members requesting student records and waiting for records to be distributed via fax, e-mail or inter-office mail. The client needed a more robust and convenient method of storing and retrieving student documents in a secure manner.

By integrating Sharp OSA^®-enabled Sharp MFPs with InfoDynamics Intact software at point of scan, school documents are scanned and indexed directly into Intact for easy, fast and secure access via Intact client workstations. Student records can now be accessed immediately from any authorized faculty member.
