Where We Ship To
Sharp Direct accepts orders for shipment to all fifty of the United States, and to Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we don't accept orders for delivery to post office boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Additional shipping charges and transit time may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Where We Ship From
Sharp Direct shipments originate in California or Illinois.
Orders of multiple items may be fulfilled by shipments originating from either
or both warehouses.
When Do We Ship
Sharp Direct orders generally ship within one business day of acceptance of your order, and if placed by 2pm Eastern time of a business day, may ship that same day. We'll notify you by eMail if we're unable to ship your order within one business day of acceptance of your order.

Carriers Used by Sharp
Direct
Sharp Direct orders are shipped using nationally recognized carriers
who specialize in residential deliveries. Shipment of all "small items" (which
includes all items except LCD TVs with screen sizes of 52" or greater) will
be shipped via UPS®, Federal Express®, or USPS. LCD TVs with screen sizes of
52" or greater will be shipped via a Home Delivery carrier.
Shipment
Notification
An eMail notification will be sent to you generally within 24 hours of Sharp's shipment of your order. Shipment notifications identify the date of shipment, the name of the carrier, the carrier's tracking number, and a link to carrier's website so you may track your shipment while it's en route to you.
Orders
of Multiple Items Orders of multiple items may be fulfilled by multiple
shipments.If your order is fulfilled by
multiple shipments, you will receive a shipment notification for each
shipment.You will not be charged more than the amount of shipping and
handling presented
at the time you confirm your order, even if
your order requires multiple shipments.
Shipment Time
Small items handled by UPS, Federal Express or USPS to locations within the contiguous 48 states are typically delivered within five business days of departure from Sharp's warehouse. Large screen LCD TVs with screen sizes of 52" or greater require are typically delivered within 10 business days of departure from Sharp. Additional transit time may apply for items shipping to locations in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Expedited & Premium Shipment Services
"Next Day" or "2nd Day" expedited delivery services are available - at an additional cost - for small
items handled by UPS, Federal Express or USPS. Expedited services do not include delivery on weekends. You will have an opportunity to choose an expedited delivery on business days between Monday and Friday - and we will identify the exact additional cost of expedited delivery - during check-out of your order.
Sharp Direct includes complimentary Inside Delivery-Threshold residential delivery,
within the 48 contiguous states, with your purchase of LCD TVs with screen sizes
of 52" or greater. Sharp Direct also offers Inside Delivery-White Glove Service
on these same screen sizes for an additional charge which
will be identified during check-out.
Delivery Hours
Small items will be delivered
during the hours UPS, Federal Express, or USPS services your delivery
zone. The Home Delivery carrier will contact you shortly after your order
ships to schedule a delivery window while your 52" or greater LCD TV
is en route from Sharp's warehouse. Delivery windows are for a four hour
interval between 8am and 5pm local time, from Monday through Friday.
Delivery
on Weekends or Holidays
Sharp Direct currently does not
arrange deliveries on weekends, but small items may
arrive on Saturday if your address is in a delivery zone normally serviced
by UPS, Federal Express, or USPS on that day.
Do
I Need to be Home to Receive My Delivery
Deliveries will
not be made unless you're home to receive and sign for
your order.
I Missed My Delivery
Appointment
If you miss a delivery appointment for your 52" or larger LCD TV, please contact

The Home Delivery carrier will provide local contact information when they
call to arrange delivery. Please be aware that additional delivery charges
will apply for each unsuccessful delivery attempt of a 52" or greater LCD
TV.

Carrier Didn't Arrive During the Scheduled Delivery Window
While
we don't
expect our carriers to miss delivery appointments, this could happen.If

My
Delivery Appeared to be Opened or Damaged When it Arrived
We urge you to carefully inspect your delivery prior to accepting and signing for it. If there are signs that the delivery was tampered with, or if the packaging appears to have been damaged while it was en route to you, refuse the delivery and ask that the carrier return it to Sharp Direct. Secure a receipt from the driver to substantiate your request to the carrier to return the shipment to Sharp Direct. Contact Sharp Direct immediately for additional instructions.
