There is a toll-free telephone number on the back of your rebate coupon. Please telephone it to inquire about your rebate. If you do not have this coupon, a customer service representative is available to assist you at 1-800-BE-SHARP (1-800-237-4277). |

| You have made an error in your claim which (depending on error) needs to be corrected. Refer to your error letter to correct the mistake. Once corrected, the claim can be processed. |
