When you press the surround button, the unit is switched to the flat mode.

Why does my CD shutter slot on my 1-bit system close while loading a CD?
If you turn off the unit while loading a CD, it will cause the shutter to close.

What connections are needed to record a CD from my 1-bit audio to my mini disc recorder?
You will need a digital output to an optical input plug to connect from the 1-bit system to the mini disc recorder.

Why is my display darker than normal on my 1-bit audio system?
If you press the display button on the remote control it will turn the dimmer off.
