 FabSoft's Reform Enterprise is a software program
that will create and enhance all of your business forms, regardless
of the operating system (i.e. Windows®, Unix®, AS400, DOS, etc.)
you run. Reform utilizes pre-printed form techniques to replace and
enhance multi-part forms. Reform will electronically distribute and
print your forms to all printers and digital copiers quickly and automatically
- all over the world. Use Reform to capture print data streams from
mainframe systems or databases and convert ordinary looking forms and
reports to graphically enriched ones.
The Reform Designer is a designer tool that allows
you to enhance your own forms with graphics, bar-codes, line objects,
colors, fonts, etc. Once Reform has received the initial print stream
from any operating system, inbound capture utility or line of business
application etc., Reform can then enhance the print stream and send the
information to FTP sites, MFPs, fax systems, e-mail systems, and or archive
systems.
Reform can use any Windows printer driver and leverage
all of the features and functions of the MFP, enabling Reform to control
advanced features such as paper size, colors, collating, duplexing, stapling,
bursting, input trays, output bins, mail sorters, access codes, load balancing
and error correction.
Reform Enterprise has a built-in distribution function
so that one print job can be distributed to multiple printers utilizing
each printer's features and functions. Additionally, Reform's document
management system allows you to electronically route documents not only
for printing, but also faxing, e-mailing and or archiving, thereby streamlining
your workflow into one simple step.
