Important Safety Notice

Sharp Electronics Corporation has discovered that some R508HS microwave ovens may have a sharp bottom edge which could potentially cut fingers when lifting or moving the microwave oven.

To prevent this from occurring, we have developed a modification kit.

Do not handle the oven by the bottom left or right edges. These edges may have a sharp edge or burr which can cause injury. We do not recommend that you check your unit for this condition. Please request this kit and use it on your R508HS Microwave Oven.
