Environmental Management & Product Safety

From initial design to end-of-life recycling, we take proactive steps to reduce our environmental footprint at every stage.

Dedicated to building a safer, more sustainable future

Sharp prioritizes safety and sustainability throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial design to end-of-life recycling. Products are crafted with recycled materials, plant-based paints and resins, and durable components that can be safely disassembled for recycling.

ISO Compliance & Sustainability

All Sharp manufacturing facilities are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Since 1995, Sharp has maintained ISO certification and, in 2002, introduced an Environmental Management System with 49 additional control points to enhance performance, ensure compliance, prevent pollution, and drive continual improvement.

Sharp actively shapes develops sustainable products, meets standards such as ISO, TCO, EPA Energy Star, WEEE, RoHS, UL/UL-C, and FCC, and works with partners to ensure compliance with local environmental legislation.
